Listing Top 10’s is almost impossible, one always seems to want to edit it.
Here are 10 albums that I will probably still be listening to in 10 years time, which is about as close as I’ll get to listing a Top 10.....
Alabama 3 – ‘Exit On Coldharbour Lane’
Bernard Fanning – ‘Tea and Sympathy’
Tamas Wells – ‘A Mark On The Pane’
Gov’t Mule – ‘With A Little Help From Our Friends, Vol 1’
Dirty Three – ‘Horse Stories’
Lambchop – ‘Is A Woman’
Mark Lanegan – ‘I’ll Take Care Of You’
Eva Cassidy – ‘Songbird’
Ryan Adams – ‘Gold’
Patricia Kaas – ‘Le Mot de Passe’
Some of the newer albums I’ve been playing so far this year might replace a couple in my list (like The Gutters Twins ‘Saturnalia’)

Why not? It is (usually) the best tracks that the band/artist has produced, and is more 'must listen' than any of the individual albums, which may have a certain amount of filler material.
