I can't stop playing this of late, the guitar work on that track is impeccable IMO

Also A nice bit of sax brought to the front about midway through it.

Its odd that you have a 'fav tune of the moment' and then 2 weeks later you stop playing it and prob wont play it again for a while. I love my music....well I should really doing what I do...to me its like an unwritten diary. I can hear certain songs and they'll take me right back to what I was doing at the time when I first heard them.

Music can move you so easily and change your mood, it can make you laugh, cry, get up and dance, think about a lost loved one, take you back to your childhood, lift your spirits, make the hair on the back of your neck stand up, relax you and pump you up...I love music just for doing that to me.

I like my music like you do, and yeah I can surely understand why you should/would love your music.

I get times where I just listen to anything from the 60's right through and up until the 90's, and like you I think oh yeah I was doing this or that when that song was released (Memories eh?)

I then get times where I just play one song intermittently over a period of time, and of course the song at the mo is quite plain for every to see Razz

I must say at the mo whilst out driving I am listening to techno cover versions, don't know why, but I just am.

I see some of todays youngsters sat at road junctions, when I stop to wait in the traffic, I'm sure they must think whats that old f***er doing listening to techno (yes I do have it quite loud in the car )

Ah well you see, if your not a driver you can't comment Razz Just wonderd are you a back seat driver, if so, you are allowed to make a ½ comment

Anyway I think it's good that someone of my age listens to music of that calibre, makes me feel young in my mind

Well you now know me (sort of anyway) I don't listen to rock as such, However I do like Black Sabbaths Paranoid, Led Zepplins Whole lotta love, not a rock fan tbh.

But I do have to have music on whilst driving.

hey up gang
Morillo you are spot on! i love my music too and it generally ranges from hot jazz from the louis armstrong repatoire to Bix Beiderbecke Jack Teagarden through the 40s swing music then the 50s and 60s. Can anyone remember the first album they ever bought? Mine was Led Zep vol II? listening to Bring it on home takes me back to being a carefree teenager living in the Far East! then theres the songs i cant listen too! if i do the bottle takes a serious pounding! Remember Hawkwind Bernard? But for me the crowning glory has to be the Canvey Island sounds! Dr Feelgood, Nine below Zero lew Lewis. Back on Thread Bernard G T and the Destroyers LOL impecable taste! What more can I say.
