Would've enjoyed being at the led zep gig in madison square gardens as shown on 'the song remains the same'.

Did see Pink Floyd at Wembley in '86, but they were well past thier best.

Gotta agree with the Beach Boys thing.

I think with such a thriving music scene that Sheffield has right now I doubt Def Leopard will be one they'll remember above all in years to come though.

Was sooooo lucky - when I was a wee lad - I blagged my way to a show ( all I can recall was that the ticket was in the shape of a football!!). On the bill was The Who, Hendrix and Led Zepp.

have since seen many great bands (Elton, Deep Purple, Bowie, Queen, Thin Lizzie and loads more) The best ever had to be the original AC/DC.

Wish i had seen? Gotta be either The Beatles or Elvis. Not cos they were great themselves, but cos what they inspired later.

stone roses
the clash
Bauhaus (I believe they reformed, but it's not the same)
Nirvana (could have seen them, but never realised & wasn't into them until it was too late)
The Cure (kinda still going I know, but still unlikely I'll see them)
The beatles - to see if they were any good live.

I think that's it for now.

Velvet Underground
Nirvana
Doors
Byrds
John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers
Ten Years After

I was lucky and saw most of the big name bands of the 60s/70s so it's more the recent bands I'd love to see like Muse, The Streets ( and their on the same line-up soon ), Snow Patrol, Zutons, Kaiser Chiefs.......So I still have a chance yet.
