it's where people jump about and waggle their heads about. They're generally over the top and most people do them to prove they're 'hardcore' rather than because they feel it. There is also something called a 'wall of death' where people leave an open space and run at each other. It's pretty silly really, because hardly anyone dies, and if they did they should be banned. I think they should be named 'two groups running at each other' much more apt.
