To avoid this dilemma, I have a huge duvet and 6 pillows (all down), which is more than enough to share. Oooh, I do love my bed Very Happy

In my case i am the one that steals it. I tend to stuff it between my legs in my sleep and rob the women of it in my life. Its the jab in the ribs that i hate more than anything.

It actually worries me sometimes, just how much I love my bed. When I get up in the morning I'm already thinking how soon I can get back in! I have a double bed and a king size duvet so that there's plenty to fall behind my shoulder when I turn over and snuggle down.

And one of the best feelings in the world has to be when your bed is freshly made up, you've just had a long soak in the bath and you climb in bed - clean sheets, clean body - best bit of all is if you don't have to get up mega early the next morning and you can just roll over and stretch in your lovely clean warm bed....

See? It's utterly pathetic, it really is. I must have been a bear in a former life

You stole all those lines from my original profile!

I chose my small flat very carefully, and have arranged the desk so that when i get fed up with working, I can turn my chair and just slide out of it and roll onto the bed and crawl under the duvet. I seem to have spent an awful lot of the winter in bed (but it has been rather cold). In the last house I lived in, and when my laptop was still working, I was known to even work in my bed sometimes. Well, obviously not when I had company! Even now, I am torn between staying up and going to bed. Oh but were there some enticement either way......

This is me to a tee. In fact word for word thats top of my list of whatever is the opposite of "pet hates".

I too have a double bed, havent shared it with anyone for years.....and best of all, the mattress is a really soft memory foam jobbie, so is the pillows......mmmm pure bliss!!!

Oh yes, the thread was about nicking the duvet? Probably. My (ex) husband always slept without, he didnt like being under covers, so i always had it all to myself. I'd prolly be irked at having to share it again after all this time!

Although its been quite a while since a man stayed over at my place, especially in the same bed Confused I'm happy to say that i am the perfect bed partner I am the woman that wakes up in the middle of the night and if i have too much duvet i cover over my bed mate just to make sure that they have plenty. Sometimes i even amaze myself.

BUT, when i'm on my own, my bed is MINE!!! And i make sure i sleep on every little bit of it throughout the night, yeh ok, i'm a fidget but hey, its my bed and i love it

And just like Stu and Pagan - I was a bear in a previous life

I usually get too hot under a duvet (especially when sleeping with someone else) and usually end up chucking it off me anyway. Or half under and half out.. good match for duvet-nicking women I suppose. Razz
