is it weird that i've understood every one of your post's in this thread so far Bliss ? Laughing

I can relate to the later post mostly, if i like someone, i don't have the nerve to ask them out or what have you.. infact i try not to spend any time around them period, purely for the fact that i have a habbit of acting like an ass around said person's and making them think i'm a moron ( or more of one anyway ). Therefore to save on the certain rejection, it's easier to just back off and ignore it..

The last person i was attracted to / interested in, decided that the trivial questions etc were me 'stalking' her.. that was fun. Its easier to just back off and let it go methinks..

There are lots of things happenin' out there young Scottie. I think describing the distant behaviour whilst liking someone with one word, like immature, is rather unfair. Laughing

Yeah it is, but I did put a question mark at the end of that last sentence of mine, indicating that I am not saying that is right, merely putting it forward for a possibility, and I do think it is a possibility.

Anyways, it sounds like the person you described is acting indifferent when in fact they are not. Like you said, there is a lot 'happenin' out there, so it could be a million and one things that makes a person do that.

This whole topic now reminds me of a poem by Alexander Pope called know Thyself...because of its equally confusing nature Laughing Laughing

Oh I totally forgot about that. About the way people, myself included, change when they're into someone. LOL That's another big problem. :-/

And it's worse when you start liking a good friend who doesn't feel that way too. Because there's a huge chance of ruining your friendship, as you start acting different and it's beyond your control.
