I've heard that kind of situation can work pretty well since guys hit their sexual peak around 18-22 and women in, I think, their mid to late thirties.

No such thing as sexual peak. Theres a reproductive peak but a sexual peak is a myth.

I would personally tread very carefully cos i think back to what i was like at 20 and what my views were then im a very different person now and looking at things very differently.
