Well my boyfriend has girls flirting with him left right and centre and from what I know, he flirts back. Yeah it makes me jealous but it also means that I don't have to feel guilty about doing the same thing with other guys. As long as neither of us cheat then I don't see a problem x

If it is his ex girlfriend then you should ask him outright if he still wants to be with her or has feelings for her. I would. No point sitting about wondering and worrying about it, just ask him outright.

Flirting is one thing..but flirting with an ex girlfriend [like that] is a bit different, and maybe you have a right to be a bit worried.

Nothing wrong with a bit of flirting, as long as it goes no further and you are both honest with each other.

According to me, flirting with an ex is not to be taken lightly since either this bloke is a big flirt or he is deliberately trying to make you jealous (either to make you feel how worthy he is; read, boosting his male-ego or some other reasons).Both of the situations are a bit dangerous if you fancy a long term relationship.Situation will get worse if you start flirting on his back (since both of you didn't come along with an idea of open-relationship). You should ask him what he wants.

I think it's dodgy..... my ex-hubby is on facebook but if he started flirting with me I wouldn't flirt back...'cos I have no interest in him that way... so 2 way flirting suggests something more I reckon.

I wouldn't do it, but that's not to say it's wrong. From my point of view it's a matter of respect.
