you need to know what her problem is, if there's no communication then how can you fix something. if she's not talking then that's a pretty good statement that she either hasnt figured out what's wrong or she doesnt want it to work.

that might not be helpful but it's something to consider.

if there's a genuine problem then be patient, girls can sometimes be a strange breed, and think things through a lot differently to guys. dont rush her, listen, understand anything she says. ask questions about how she's feeling. She probably doesnt want solutions, just to know you understand her.

There is another possibility, maybe like u said she says she can't feel love. Because of this she doesn't know what to do or how to feel about you.
