I had a look at your profile and thought i'd make a couple of suggestions if you didn't mind? Firstly, i would put a shirt on in your pic and smile. First impressions and all that. Some ladies do prefer to find out later whats underneath the shirt, just like men do.

Probably don't mention that you've been single for that amount of time, that can be dropped into conversations later. And maybe mention films and bands that girls might have heard of? I know i'm older than you but i have a teenage son so know a bit about the music scene, etc.

Anyway, just a thought. Hope you don't mind.

I did an experiment a while back to see how many girls respond to messages. It averaged about 1 in 10 (I think I messaged around 40 girls). So don't worry about your profile too much - just be you.

Of course they might have suspected it was an experiment....

First you need to figure out for yourself what indeed was "wrong" about the girls you have been out with, then start being a bit more canny about future ones....if its just a case of: they end up ignoring your messages and mess you around, try to work out why that might be. Not saying its all your own fault, but its in your hands to make your choices, so if so far they've been wrong choices you might need to change your choices, and your ways of attracting girls to hopefully attract different kinds - if that makes sense?
