I'm pretty much over it...sometimes I still get a bit..'blah' about it though.

yeah i know what you mean pain is both internal and external but a lot of people only see the external and then tell you just get on with it as if after one night of drinking your going to just wake up with a big smile on your face and be happy for the rest of time

My problem is that I don't let people know i'm hurting.

I just usually carry on as normal. And hold myself together.
I'm not great at showing my emotions to people.

but if you just bottle it all up you could end up seriously hurting yourself or someone else
