yeah however it feels after a relationship, if youre heartbroken or you cant wait to get away from the person, its still awkward... its hard enough finding a female who can be a friend neway, especially at music college, its a complete sauasagefest

Yes depending on the relationship, and the break up and to an extent the people envolved....U can still be friends with an ex..this of course depends upon your definition of 'friends'..I managed to stay friendly with my last ex...We split because of his drinking an aggression but managed to stay friendly when we bumped into each other but bumping into each other is not a 'friendship'....Still broke myheart when he died recently an that was three years after our relationship ended

I have to say I guess im lucky im still on good terms with my ex’s, not that we talk every month or that sort of thing but we still all have a small friendship bond. 2 even phone me up on relationship advice; one even invited me to her wedding. After the hurt and pain has gone, its good to remember the good in them as that’s why you went there in the first place. I have to say I like the correspondence I have with them all.
