I feel ur pain, the utter dejection, being one of those many who have experianced that horrific feeling of rejection and total helplessness.......The way I have learnt 2 cope is 2 tell myself that it was 'his loss' and that I was 'far 2 good' 4 him anyway!!......

As 4 the h8ing him, well I tried that in vain...but it didn't work!.....I 'pity him' 4 the choice he made, as I said b4, it's HIS LOSS! ...lol

As others have told u it will get easier....i used 2 h8 it when people used 2 say that 2 me!!!

and the phone bit, did that 4 more months than i care 2 remember

it happened to me too..... believe me, all it takes is time. you wont have a choice....it WILL go away at some stage......

Well, after a few months of feeling down....I can honestly say i'm beginning to feel better.

It just takes time.

my ex cheated on me that hurts hell&told him where go&piss of scuse my french lol.im from manchester&u well come contact me..

its very hard get over someone u love as no that myslf.even thought my ex cheated on me&i not with him.along time since i not with him but i still love him even tou what done me so its hard.so strange how i can still love him what done me cos wish i dident if no what i mean.i tryin move on&i lookin for someone beter cos if went back with him he do it again so lookin for someone beter&who expt way i am&not want cheat on me.
