When I was younger, people would ask me what kind of man do you like and everyone would have an ideal in their heads as to who they thought they were going to end up with.

This was all based on what society has encouraged us to find attractive and what society expects us to want from a relationship.

I was with the tall dark handsome (or my version of him as we all have slightly different tastes) and it took me a long time to grow up out of this thought of the ideal, but when I did I realised that he was not what I wanted - he made me miserable most of the time and I had to get out of there.

Now I'm a bit more open minded and I do not discount people on their looks. I get to know them first and as mirrorpool said, I have found that someone that I might not have found attractive on the first look I have grown to find attractive by getting to know them and falling for their personality.

We live in a very shallow society where looks seem to mean so much, but there are decent people out there that don't just take people on face value and want to see what lurks underneath - just got to find them!!!

I wondered if this was a slip of the finger - then I saw how far the N and the T were from each other and I can only wonder if you are into women who are evil or just tight with their money?

I think Jim meant to say it's all good to him and he likes to grab hold and hang on tight Laughing

You stray from the question my friend. Yes, being over weight can be unhealthy but not in all cases. This does not detract from beauty though and the feelings one might have for someone that is big.

If someone is big or small my feelings for that person are due to who they are and not size, health or society's view of it.

A little late on this subject but I only joined a few days ago so here's my tuppence worth!

Personally I like what is called BBW's. I personally find a woman that is size 14+ to be more sexy than many slim women. More curves are better in my book. But there does become a point where big just becomes fat and unhealthy. A woman can be healthy when she is a size 16 and above, some women are simply built that way!

But what attracts to 'fuller figured' women is personality, because society has this obsession with being thin, these ladies that are considered 'fat' get ridiculed and humiliated by many men and even other women. I find that bigger women tend to have a more friendly and loving personality, obviously that rule doesn't always hold true but for the most part I think that it's true!

Yes it can, but i believe in moderation. I think it also depends on the person, i dunno. I prefer someone with a bit of something on them. It's much better than feeling bone

Can I be different and say I prefer slim girls? At the end of the day it is personality that wins though
