in my opinion it dosent really matter whether your big or small ive always gone by whats on the inside not whats on the outside.

I think that this big and beautiful movement is great, being a big woman myself (and a fan of Queen and Mika *sigh*) but there shouldn't be such a movement. Everyone is beautiful, it just takes the right person to see you as beautiful. It's just a shame that things like the media dictate what should and shouldn't be beautiful and people seem to go along with that. Oh well, some people were made to herd, others to be sheep.
I think the best way to think about the "big is beautiful" issue is that if you're happy, and you know it, clap your hands because if you aren't happy that's what makes you less attractive.
(God that made no sense, did anyone else get what I'm driving at?)


And I have to say, with regards to big women not being so attracted to big men and going for fitties, that for me personally (in the words of the Vicar Geraldine) "All newcomers welcome in the bosom of my bosoms!"

Depends on what you mean by "big". Is it a few extra pounds? Or just healthy? Or just a curve or two?

I can find a "few" extra pounds attractive depending on how a girl carries herself. But overweight girls, even the pretty ones, just seem like they are hidden beneath all that weight.

As a species (unless you have a large girl fetish) we have an evolutionary impetus towards finding fit (with regards to child birthing) women more desireable. If a person is obese then looking unhealthy will make most mates pass you over if going on looks alone because our instincts tell us that they won't be able to pass on our genes as effieciently. There are vaying degrees of course, and not everyone judges this the same, but generally fat=unattractive physically.

Not to say that people can't be attracted to a persons personality.

But that wasn't exactly the question.

So for me, the answer is no. I don't generally find fat people attractive.

I dont agree with labeling as such but on a good day im BBW, although id like to be thinner than I am, I never want to be skinny. I like something to hold on to in bed, and dont wanna scared that Im gonna snap the person im in bed with!

No matter how a woman looks, there'll always be something she'd change about herself.

Weight is irrelevant - confidence is key

i personally believe that in the case of bodies it depends how big is big and how small is small...

however if your talking about womanly curves i definatly pefer having my curves cause it gives my clothes something to hang from and makes a ahape i feel confident and comfortable with.

i love my body and would never change it, what we look like tells our storys as well as wot is in our hearts and our opioions!
