Ive been reading this topic all the way through, I am kind of new to this site and i must admit that its good to those who have low confidence as myself. I see some girls prefer it but why dont i ever find them girls? It must be quite rare to find one of you wonderful people

Hmm seems everyone likes fat blokes. But I dont really see that reflected in real life or indeed on the forums. The only men that stick around and are lusted after are the slim fit men. Purely from observing on the forums, I dont see a lot of lusting after fat blokes, and that's even by big women.
Probably my imagination.

Well if you are right and it seems rude to disbelieve all those who've had a say, you've been moaning about it for at least a year have you done anything about it?

There are certainly lots of women who just look at the pics and made their decision there and then, but then there are plenty of men that do the same.

The on the site right now there are 155858 men and 63956 women. Since I've been checking there has always been more men than women. I am not a frequent visitor of other dating sites, but from what I have seen this is the trend.

So it could be that men of all shapes and sizes get less attention because there are just not enough women to go around! Women of all sizes feel less at a loss than men because they have more choice and more offers as they are in the minority.

Jeg, in relation to you saying you were treated differently once your pic was up - All I can say is that I, as a woman am ashamed for those that might have done that to you.

It doesn't come as much of a surprise that a lot of women on here say they like fat blokes. Its just lip service after all. Just like real life. When it comes to the crunch they more often than not shit out.

It sounds great on paper to say you like all shapes and sizes, but reality is a different story.

I don't think its necessarily size that's the issue here though (until you get to the state where you can't wash yourself and you can lose things under the folds of your man tits), its a confidence issue. Fat men aren't blessed with much confidence. I'm sorry, but its true. If you are 100% confident then you're either the exception to the rule or you're just not being honest with yourself.

Lack of confidence is a huge turn-off and women can pick up on it like sharks can smell blood in water. So while they're saying 'oh I really like a man with a bit of meat on him' they probably mean it, and they really do like you; they just don't find you attractive in a sexual way. You're nice, cuddly and probably remind them of their dad (yes, he went there) but they're highly unlikely to whisk you off your feet (well, not in Earth's gravity anyway).

I've been there. I lost a shitload of weight (though still carrying a little) and the difference is astounding. You're no longer seen as asexual or 'one of the girls'. When it comes being taken seriously as far women are concerned then shed a few pounds. All this talk of women liking big men is just that - talk.

Me? I always seem to go for guys who are happy in their skin. Size doesn't really matter particularly but I think that maybe if a guy is, or perhaps I should say feels, "fat" then the majority of the time that self-confidence doesn't shine out as much. I don't know *shrugs* it's a tough one to call because everyone is different. Plus there are a lot of shallow people out there who do go by looks when dating...I can't understand that myself, I'm definitely an eyes and personality kinda girl. Mostly as you need a damn good personality to put up with my brand of insanity
