How many people here believe that people are born
homosexuals or bi-sexual?
I am one who supports that theory, some may argue that it's a behavior that's learned or caused by sexual abuse.

What your say on this?

not all homosexuals are born that way no. some, quite obviously are. i know quite a few who have always known and either fought it or embraced it. whereas i know other people have just 'turned into one' if you like, through experience and acquiring a preference. as for bisexuality, i'm still undecided as to whether bisexuality is real. i'm currently of the opinion at somepoint of your life you have to choose one, because you are going to have a preference. also because i don't know any adults 30+ that consider themselves bisexual, but in the mean time the term bisexual has to suffice! but yeah, thats my opinion!

Shit, great post !

I 100% believe people are born GAY. But i do believe also that some like to just enjoy the same love. I for one, enjoy the same love because.. if theyre gorgeous, & i'm jealous that i can't BE them, i'll just enjoy them. But the theory to just being born gay is a definate. Otherwise how would those who feel were born in the wrong body and go on to be transgender know this as soon as they were old enough to realise?

Apparently if on your left hand your index finger is longer than the one on the otherside of the middle finger, you're gay! Laughing

Lets conduct an experiment - there's two Islands one with exclusively males and the other female inhabitants. They have no idea of the existence of each island - they have no knowledge of another love or procreation.

er...actualy this is probably too much of an abstract senario...I'm off to build a raft.

I think that when a person say that they "turn into one" they are not being sincere. That just doesn't happen, I think in a situation where someone makes that statement, it's because they always had those feelings and felt ashamed about them but eventually embrace and show their true self.

In the new forthcoming 'Alien' prequel movie, 2 guys are supposedly prisoners of the Aliens and are telepathically forced to have s-e-x with each other, cos the Aliens do not realize humans need male a female to reproduce. It could be that the men were not born homosexuals, but made adjustments and just relaxed into it - so when they get off the planet they can still get off with each other, but weren't technically born gay but took up the lifestyle after being coerced via mind control influences. (PS - has anyone noticed a weird thing on here, that when you try to post the word s-e-x it is auto-edited to 'love'...?)

Good...we wont be hearing many Alien abduction stories from Middle America for a while. Embarassed

As for the auto- edit...

Hetroloveual, Bi-loveual, Homoloveual

gets rid of the need for a dating site - but you need some kinda discretion!

Hi guys! Hope you don't mind me gate crashing a post! Smile

I was born bisexual- or at least being attracted to women too.. I remember being really confused as to why I couldn't hold a girls hand in the playground etc and when I got older and actually discovered what a lesbian was and all the prejudices that came with it I tried to hide it for a while... sticking only to men.

Don't get me wrong, I've loved men as well as I've loved women, but I was born being attracted to both and it's a part of who I am- I tried to change it but I can't!

I do agree to some extend about the "enjoying" the same love haha, I am only 21 and not looking to settle down too seriously yet.. so at the moment I cannot say who I will fall more deeply for. But at least I know I have options!!

I agree, some are born gay, I did hear a whilst back that women, now, chose to be bi, because for girls its about the emotional attachement and being gay or bi is much more tolerated now, that girls no longer allow the gender to impact on whom they will date.

I know gays, bi's and straights, I believe all 3 categories are viable ones, (and not just 3 some willing excuses Surprised)

I have nothing against women, just couldn't eat a whole one lol

Humans are complex, which means there is no either or box. I think you are who you are, however you came it.
