I've been a member of Girlsweb for over a year now and regularly log in to check my mail and see if there have been any new members. I've had some success on here but sometimes I just find it easier to go out on a Saturday night in the local gay bars and nightclubs to have a bit of a boogie and a snog with local girls!! Recently I've been accused of being a bloke and a faker because of my quite forward nature and I have to say that I've found this quite offensive. The members who have spoken to me in person or swapped pictures with me know that I am what I say I am but to have someone I've not spoken to before call me a faker really has made me think twice about using this site any more. I'm a bi-sexual female looking for women who actually want to meet up and have a good time..whether that be an all night bender where we have a drink and a dance, or ladies who just want to meet up for sex. Am I wrong to be upset? I've always been quite honest about what I want so please let me know if I'm out of order. Thanks a lot for reading this..Sammy x

I'm new(ish) to these websites, as well as the bi (LBT) scene in general.

I've learned the hard way - had my fingers burned by blokes posing as chicks, as well as girls pretending to be something they are not.

But, perhaps more bizzarely, I have also been accused of being a faker due to being TOO CAUTIOUS about sending pics to stangers.

If there are any other newbies out there, I would just like to pass on two gems from my somewhat limited experience:

1. Nothing prepares you for just how offensive it is to be accused of being a lyer/faker when you take great pride in being no such thing

and

2. DON'T let someone trick you into "prooving" yourself, just because they have made you angry this way!!! Never be bullied into sending pictures that you don't want to send. (Believe it or not - I'm a real tough cookie in the "real" world, and even I have felt the pressure at times.)

(...oh...and PS...that "proof" picture with your name works really well, but to make it even safer, try changing random passwords each time. IE, if you are asking a person for proof - give them a random word or prase to hold next to their face. Can't think of a better way to be sure a person is genuine!)

Hi everyone... I'm from Sligo in Ireland and its really hard for me to meet girls over here. I always seem to get chatted up by men and sometimes it gets really annoying. So I came up with this really good idea of joining a website. That was back in March and since then all I've had is mails from males!!!! I've been told I'm a slapper etc in some e-mails that I've blocked and have been asked so many times for a 3somes from males!!!! Can anyone offer some advice to me over this as now I'm just very frustrated!!!!
