With practise you can punctuate this joke with hand gestures - closing your hand around the "bee", pointing at your eye with the other hand, etc.

Q: If a man has a bee in his hand, what does he he having in his eye?

A: Beauty ... because beauty is in the eye of the bee-holder (beholder)!

As you can see it's very clean and the only risk is that people haven't heard the proverb about beauty being a subjective matter.
