So this lass has been turned down by every court possible...but do you agree?
10.04.2007, 17:05 quote
Yeah the court was correct in my eyes. The man has as much right as the lady.
If do feel he should have thought hard about it more before freezing the eggs, thus if he decided against it she could have went and got donor eggs.
But hindsight is a great thing.

i do see her point... but its not fair to her ex... didnt this happen before with someone, and her dead husband.. and she got the ok
10.04.2007, 17:30 quote
not sure, but in that case, she properly wanted her dead husband to live on, in a way, however i think this is the correct decision ..

The woman you were referring to was Diane Blood..
I think that the difference was that she wanted to use her husband's sperm to concieve.. Although he had died, I think that her husbands parents also weren't / didn't object to her using it..
AFAIK, didn't this couple actually use the guys sperm to fertilize her eggs..
Possibly in hindsight, it would have been a lot easier if they could have just frozen any eggs that she had..
I feel very very sorry for her, however I agree with the courts decision on this.
