Yeah the court was correct in my eyes. The man has as much right as the lady.

If do feel he should have thought hard about it more before freezing the eggs, thus if he decided against it she could have went and got donor eggs.

But hindsight is a great thing.

i do see her point... but its not fair to her ex... didnt this happen before with someone, and her dead husband.. and she got the ok

not sure, but in that case, she properly wanted her dead husband to live on, in a way, however i think this is the correct decision ..
