Guinea fowl are game birds, thought to have originated in Guinea, West Africa, and are considered choice eating in France and Italy. They were brought to the New World by colonists and used for food. Because of their loud squawk, they were also valued as watch animals. Guinea fowl have a slightly gamey flavour.

i think they serve them in a red wine sauce,you eat them whole bones as well lol and for some reason with a towel over your head think its so fellow diners dont see the guts and stuff squelching out of your mouth
