MSN Messenger is a nasty little program that pops up every time you start your pc regardless of if you remove it from the startup list - plus it puts loads of crap on your pc and is not secure.

If you want to try Skype it has a messaging service exactly like Messenger except you can make free calls and video calls and it's completely secure. Also it doesn't ignore direct instructions and is completely free like Messenger

I just use it for instant messaging and it's great! It's completely encoded for privacy and doesn't try to take over your pc. Copy or click the link below for details.

But MSN doesn't pop up when I start my computer...

And MSN has free video/audio messaging too...

And I already have MSN, so I don't need to wait for a download.

Yeah I probably deserved that! I just thought if I could convince the rest of the world to use Skype I wouldn't have to download Messenger. But I do think it's better.

Skype Is 1000 times better than msn in my own experience.Infact I deleted the msn messenger just last night,prefer using skype .

Well I think ooVoo IM is even better than those and you can have a video link with up to 6 people so it's great if you wana plan something with other people.
