1. Do you think a hung parliament is the right thing for this country at the moment?
There’s no alternative just now, so – love it or loathe it – we’re stuck with it.
I think it’s bound to take longer to get anything done: going to committee decisions from the Blair dictatorial approach. That's probably the bad news.
Will they make better decisions? Who knows!
I think after a honeymoon period it might break down and we could have another election before the next one is really due.
Did I miss something, or was there nothing about voting reforms in all the policy changes announced? Confused
If they start moving too quickly there'll be mass protests in the streets amd the English-style placards will be out and the chanting:
What do we want?
Gradual change!
When do we want it?
In due course!

2. If you could choose one person from the here to be your maid of honour/best man at your wedding, who would it be? (dont give me the shit that you dont want to marry, just play along!)
I’d have Bliss as my best man! Laughing

3.If you could change ONE part of your body, what would it be and why?
My ears: They’ve always stuck out and now, (would you believe it? Confused ) they don’t work as well as they used to – despite seeming to stick out even more. So if I ran into one of theblindpiper’s pixies I’d ask for a pair of working, slim-line ears. (And no pixie trickery leaving me with Dr Spock-type ears neither! )

4.What is your biggest fear?
Heights.

5.If you could walk a week in someone from heres shoes who would it be and why?
I think it would be the oakman, because he looks about my size and as if he has excellent taste in shoes and as if he’s have some really nice pairs.
He’s erudite, intelligent, humourous and I’ve always fancied working in an art shop.

Also if I walked a week I could get a long way from London and oakman would never be able to find me and I’d have a nice pair of his shoes! Razz

1. Do you think a hung parliament is the right thing for this country at the moment?

Yes i do think it is good, purely cos i cant stand the torie and being in a coalition (spelling) with the lib dems should help prevent certain things they would have done had they been on their own. One thing that is interesting is how the lib dems sold their soul! I agree there will no doubt be another election no doubt within a year or two and hopefully cameron will get kicked out on his arse!!

2. If you could choose one person from the here to be your maid of honour/best man at your wedding, who would it be? (dont give me the shit that you dont want to marry, just play along!)

Bliss or Crystal, both would give me a great hen party and would look after me!

3.If you could change ONE part of your body, what would it be and why?

hmmm there are many things BUT i would say my bum, i havent got one at all so yeh id take some off me boobs and pop it in my bum cheeks!

4.What is your biggest fear?

Water! i can swim and cant put my head under water, i hate showers and spend as little as possible in one, i search for hotel with a bath when i go abroad. I probably drown in a past life!

5.If you could walk a week in someone from heres shoes who would it be and why?

Hmmm im going with Itae too, for various reasons!

Damn straight woman! Very Happy

I can't answer number 1 for obvious reasons but...

2. If you could choose one person from the here to be your maid of honour/best man at your wedding, who would it be? (dont give me the shit that you dont want to marry, just play along!)

Definitely Julie. We would have one wild bachelorette party.

3.If you could change ONE part of your body, what would it be and why?

My hips. I'm nice and curvy, but I've always wanted my hips and thighs to be a bit smaller.

4.What is your biggest fear?

Never being able to have children. I absolutely love them and I want at least 1 naturally, but I have no qualms about adopting more. Just 1 I'd like to have on my own though.

5.If you could walk a week in someone from heres shoes who would it be and why?

Hmm...that is a tough one. I don't really think I'd want to walk in anyone else's shoes. I have a hard enough time walking in my own.

You could always consider investing in smaller heels.

New questions.

1. What are you looking forward to most this summer?
2. What is your perfect summer song or songs?
3. Is there anything you want to do, and there is nothing stopping you from doing it, you just haven't yet?
4. Material things, are they important?
5. What would you most like to be remembered for in life?

1. What are you looking forward to most this summer?

Chillaxing, maybe some tournaments and... Yeah well... LOL

2. What is your perfect summer song or songs?

Sam Cooke - Wonderful world (I can just see myself danglin' my foot through lake water on some jetty, at sunset, in America, on this song Razz)

Other than that, some hits that make you wanna shake your bum or drive some convertible... Razz

Oh and Santana - Maria, Maria - jus' makes you feel the sweat, lol, and Brian Adams - Summer of 69, of course.

3. Is there anything you want to do, and there is nothing stopping you from doing it, you just haven't yet?

Yeah, spend some more time in England. Whatever the reasons for which I'm not doing it right now, they seem bla.

4. Material things, are they important?

Oh I don't know... We do live in a material world... Isn't it pretty much wrong to deny your nature? I dunno... If we were meant to not care about them, maybe we should've not been material ourselves?

5. What would you most like to be remembered for in life?

The sparks. As in... OMG, she was like AC/DC - Thunderstruck. Regardless of the field. Razz Doesn't really matter if famous or not, if one person says that at the end of my life, I'd be happy. LOL

But then people couldn't be tricked into believing I had longer legs! Besides, I've gotten better at walking in them. Just took a little bit of confidence that I've found I had hidden somewhere. Wink

1. What are you looking forward to most this summer?
Going to the Hurricane Who convention in October and Lucas's first birthday party in July.

2. What is your perfect summer song or songs?
I go through lots of phases. Last summer my phase was Belle and Sebastian and Rogue Traders. This summer I've begun to listen to Dusty Springfield with an unheard of passion. She has her own playlist on repeat on iTunes with only the brand new Deftones' songs and Nights in White Satin by Moody Blues to mix things up a bit. God I love her voice.

3. Is there anything you want to do, and there is nothing stopping you from doing it, you just haven't yet?
Hmmm...I'd like to believe that the answer is no, but sadly yes.

4. Material things, are they important?
The correct answer is not really, but honestly who isn't just a little bit materialistic? I can truthfully and without any guilt or hesitation say that I couldn't live without some of the material things in my life.

5. What would you most like to be remembered for in life?
I want to be remembered for my passion for learning. I am passionate about new things every day and I tend to throw myself into whatever I am passionate about at that moment, which changes a lot about me. From the way I dress, the books I read, the music I listen to and even the food I eat I am always something new. I want people to remember that I was never scared to learn to be something new and embrace the knowledge with everything I had.

1. What are you looking forward to most this summer?
Getting out-and-about on holidays: Visiting Scotland and the US of A. (Ash permitting, etc! )

2. What is your perfect summer song or songs?
The Sun Has Got His Hat On.
They played it all the time at Butlins when we went over 30 years ago, but – somehow – it’s still stuck swirling around in my brain.

3. Is there anything you want to do, and there is nothing stopping you from doing it, you just haven't yet?
I want to give some lucky woman a good shagging, but the thing stopping me is finding her.

4. Material things, are they important?
It’s odd, isn’t it? They are never that important when you have them. You don't even notice them. But if you don’t have them, they somehow become so important that they keep you awake at night and, during the day, block out the sun.

5. What would you most like to be remembered for in life?
I’d like to be remembered for my anonymity, my ninja-like invisibility: Being able to get thru life without being seen.
Here’s the dialogue of two people at my funeral:
Shame about old Wosaname!
Yeah, old Thingy. He died quickly – in the end – I heard…
It’s funny… I never really got to know him.
Me neither! Fact I can’t even remember his name.
Me neither! Isn’t that amazing!
But he was a good man tho… I think.
Not that good! Did you see that attractive young woman, who cried and threw a single rose in on top of the coffin?
Yeah, that was a funny business! Blew a kiss and left. Wondered about that!
Me too! So I ran after her and asked her if she knew Wosaname.
You did! What did she say?
She was foreign and said she didn’t know him, had never met him and was paid to go along and cry and drop in the rose.
Jez, that’s bloody odd!
I’ll say! I was gob-smacked for a minute, as her pert little bottom wriggled away. So I ran after her!
What for? To pinch her bottom?
No, to find out more. She turned and smiled when I got near and said, ‘Did you want the same service?’ and gave me a business card.
A business card? A BUSINESS card! What the hell for?
It said, ‘Be remembered… Leave a mystery!’ Apparently Wosaname paid for it before he died. Having no mysteries in his life, he wanted one after he died.
Can’t believe anyone would do that, can you?
She said family and friends talk about it – they remember it – they remember him – for years afterwards.
What? Remember old Thingy?
Yeah! Odd, eh? Another odd thing... Can’t say I recognised anyone here myself. You?
Nah, me neither. In fact I can’t even place you.
I can’t place you either, chum, and I’m beginning to realise I’m at the wrong funeral...

4. Material things, are they important?

For me yes they are! The most important things to me bar family and friends are my things, i couldnt function without them and couldnt go a day without them either!

5. What would you most like to be remembered for in life?

For being fun, happy, life and soul of the party but also for being a good friend, a shoulder to cry on when someone is down, a ear to lend when its needed!

I guess I should answer these myself.

1. What are you looking forward to most this summer?
Probably the music, the bbq's and generally being outdoors. Can't wait for the festivalling to start.

2. What is your perfect summer song or songs?
Jimi Hendrix, Fraternity of Man, Byrds. Late 60s, early 70s stuff. Obviously some reggae too.

3. Is there anything you want to do, and there is nothing stopping you from doing it, you just haven't yet?
The thing I want to do most that I can't say anything has stoppedme doing is the three peaks. Snowdon, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis. Unfortunately I don't drive so doing them in 24 hours wouldn't be feasible.

4. Material things, are they important?
I think they make life that little bit more comfortable, and that's never a bad thing. I could survive without them, but I wouldn't want to.

5. What would you most like to be remembered for in life?
It may sound a bit cheesy and Frank Sinatra, but just that I lived my life, my way.[/quote]

1. What are you looking forward to most this summer?

Seeing people I haven't seen for ages

[b]2. What is your perfect summer song or songs

I like hearing all the bands and songs from the free London Park concerts I used to go to in my teens.......Woodstock and flower powery sounds....Hendrix,King Crimson,Yes,Rolling Stones,Blind Faith, Mungo Jerry, Edgar Broughton Band......oooh so many

[b]3. Is there anything you want to do, and there is nothing stopping you from doing it, you just haven't yet?

Go to Iceland and a Scandinavian Cruise

4. Material things, are they important?

Well, I've had more years than most on here to have accumulated 'stuff and clutter' most of it's paper as books or pictures but I'm low maintenance so as long as I've got the materials to be creative with. I don't need material things in terms of the latest gadget... I don't even know what some of the things are anyway

5. What would you most like to be remembered for in life?

For having made a difference to people's lives in a positive way but to have been able to leave my paintings for people to enjoy for centuries after I've gone.

Same for the next person[/i]

1 I'm just looking forward to the whole atmosphere of summer, everyone seems so much happier than in winter months.

2 The only 2 I can think of that remind me of summer are Summertime by Fresh Prince and Set Adrift Of Memory Lane by PM Dawn.

3 As previously mentioned, travelling. and its funds that stop me from doing it.

4 Not overly important but important enough to have nice things when I need them and not because I have to have them.

5. Just to be remembered as a good daughter, sister and friend.

Same again

Ok, new 5 things, but not quite questions...

Pick 5 songs for the following:

1. Your current love/love life
2. Current professional life
3. Current general view on life
4. Biggest regret so far
5. Best moment you lived so far

(I know there's a topic on song to describe your love life, but try and answer anyway, hopefully one answer)

I'll start

1. Jennifer Paige - Crush
2. Bon Jovi - It's my life
3. Queen - I want it all
4. Kristina Cornell - Little red balloon
5. Ac/Dc - Thunderstruck
