Carbon dating can be tricky, but is distinctly possible, especially when rounded down to the nearest 1000 years.

Chatting up can also be tricky, especially when up a stepladder, or on stilts in a carnival calling down to the midgets dressed as koala bears.

A date is pretty small to take anyone on - especially the Medjool variety, so something larger would be required to get to Monaco with - say, possibly a melon... maybe even a zeppelin.
