I'm a vegetarian. I'm not strict; I eat fish, and duck. Well, they're nearly fish, aren't they? They're semi-submerged a lot of the time, they spend a lot of time in the water, they're virtually fish, really. And pigs, cows, sheep, anything that lives near water, I'm not strict. I'm sort of like a post-modern vegetarian. I eat meat ironically.

Showed Lorraine Chase how to tie a bow tie.

When I explained I could only do it around my thigh, she raised her skirt, lifted her leg & said show me. For some reason I couldn’t get it right the first time. Lol

What a pair of pins! Very Happy

Me neither.

But I did a) jump into a swollen river near the Scottish Youth Hostel where I worked to save my dog from drowning, and b) jumped into a canal in Germany to pull a little boy out for th same reason. I don't remember actually swimming either time, but I didn't drown, so there's hope for me yet.

Awww - I think in such a situation you don't think but just act! It is one of these flee or fight situations where your brain doesn't acutally work anymore...
