When you wake up you can feel everything but cant wriggle your limbs

I'd then nail your paralysed limbs to a large tree trunk so that you are firmly held still.

Then I would make three slits in each breast, one in your belly button and three in each thigh.

I would proceed to plant an assortment of seeds in each wound and a walnut in your fanny.

I'd return each day to photograph the seeds as they grow, and to give you food and water.

Once you have died from the roots clogging your blood vessels and the mycorrhyza rotting your flesh then I will stop feeding you but continue to record the progress of my beautiful garden

I would tie you to a metal bed frame. No mattress.

I would then proceed to drip bleach onto your skin and leave it to do whatever it would do.

after a day or two in total darknes i would then put all the lights on and superglue your eyelids to your head so you couldnt blink. When the pain of light had worn off i would inject your eyeballs with vinegar.

I would the place some sort of heater/fire underneath you to heat up the metal bed frame scorching your skin.

After a day i would get bored and let ravenous dogs in to eat you, only allowing them to do so a bit at a time. Feet first, then to the knees, etc etc.
