Really nice and chewy |
SILENCE!!! Banjo was far superior to Twix, for one thing it didn't have caramel in it... and it had peanuts it.. so err it wasn't really much like a Twix at all.

Banjo description A chocolate covered wafer finger biscuit with chocolate cream and caramel layers. Fairly broad and long."I'm not sure, but I think that a Banjo used to have crushed nuts on them, either under the chocolate on the top or in the wafers.

For me it's gotta be cuban candies forever. Now I don't know what the "cuban" thing they put in them was, but I loved them lots as a kid. They probably still make them in Cuba. Maybe someday we'll meet again, my sweets.
