Try this out:-

http://www.elfyourself.com/

Click on "Start the Elfamorphosis"

Click on "Upload Photo!.... you can upload up to 4 photos.

Accept Terms and Conditions

You then select your photo from your collection and you can scale your photo to size and use the blue buttons to shrink to exact size of face

Click on Save Face (you can click on test face to see what it looks like first)

Click on "Lets Elf"

Click on "No" to Elf Your Voice and then Preview and you are away

You can even email to yourself and friends!

Already done this to a few of my mates....and myself of course
