THIN?? who are they kidding!

Well I got the same as you bliss, so this one, sadly, is way out for me, I'm 13 st!!! and always trying to stop it going over, rather than trying to get the pounds off (essential medication underpins my efforts)

I reckon your body is designed to be at a certain wieght no matter what diet and exercise you have if your destined too be larger then average you will remain that way although i guess there is always something that can be done but that would mean leaving the comfort zoe and many people dont want too do this
