The key though, is finding the right balance for a healthy social life (getting yourself out there!), and when you can relax and unwind in front of a game..

Might be difficult at first but if you find yourself choosing to stay in and play games rather than go out with mates...Then you should put down that controller

What's a social life? I havent got any friends or family so never go out. all i do from the time i get up till i go to bed is play games or on the net. When i was able to work all i did was work and sleep. I would get up go to work for between 12 and 18 hrs go home and sleep for a few hrs then back to work. I dont know how to relax and have fun. Dont know how to meet ppl. Cant go to a pub or club cause i have panic attacks. Even going to the shop to get food causes me to panic. So im stuck playing games and chatting online. I would love to get someone in my life but dont know how i would cope. I wont be able to take them out all we would do is sit indoors all the time. I would get bored and fire up my pc and play games. Im bored with games but nothing else to do. Ill buy a new game and wont sleep till i complete it lol. But be bored of it within half an hr. I spend about 20hrs a day online just trying to find ppl to chat too. When i find someone to chat too i get bored fast and go and find somone else to chat too. Sometimes im on several diff sites chatting at the same time. I enjoy that cause im constantly having to remember what im chatting about to each person lol. Ill use my phone to chat online while i use my pc to play games. Cant handle doing 1 thing at a time. have to be doing loads of things at the same time so i dont get bored.
