were do you have to go to get the code that allows you to send messages back to other people from?

you shouldnt have to get a code, you just click on someones profile and send them a message

i'm having problems with sending messages too. When I click on 'reply' it asks me to confirm my email address by clicking on a link to receive a code and then asking to enter the code into a box. Have clicked twice but no emails with codes are appearing in my emails.

Hello..I cant send any messages, because when I go to 'reply' I get enter conf code...which I never receive..even when clicking on the link to obtain it...
I tried calling the UK helpline number..but its a dead number, so nothing happens... Any ideas...I just want to reply to some messages

Hmm... system works/worked fine for me... one thing you could try is trawling through your junk mail folder if you're using any kind of webmail service or have spam blocking enabled in whatever email client you use.

Nope - i dont have a spam filter on...nothing is in the bulk folder, and I have tried the link over 8 times..and still no code has come thru!!!

any other ideas..??

Only things I can think of doing is check if the email address in your profile is right and if it is and it still doesn't work then send a note through the feedback form.

Yep !! All is correct - I have sent a message to the flirtbox team...lets hope they reply soon otherwise people will think I am ignoring them!!

Hi was just wondering if you managed to get a code as i have been waiting for a month now. If you did how did you get it? Have sent loads of messages to the help desk got no reply.
