Whenever I click the Remember button on a profile it goes to an Error 404 page saying that the requested document does not live here anymore. Any ideas anyone?

Hey Mack,I've been having the same problem for the last 3 or 4 weeks.I've sent e-mails and a text (on the 11th),to ask the question,but recieved no replies as yet!?I thought it was coz I had 2 many in there,but recall having about 25 in July,but can't get more than 15(approx) these days. : (

L-O!! Does anybody read these questions and actually answer them(sensibly)???????????????
