Just signed on to check my messages and i got 1 inbox message and it was from a certain member but when i looked the subject had nothing written on it and it was completely blank, what should i do about this if it happens again?

Hi, I have sent you a message. Hopefully the content will show. Im not sure why the message from a certain member would be blank unless it was purposefully left blank or if they had made a mistake (mistakes sometimes happen).

All I can suggest is you mail back this member and explain you received a blank message from them. Maybe they can explain it.

I get quite a few 'blank' pm's. I've come to the conclusion that some people can't be bothered to write anything but want me to know they're 'interested' (or just chancing their luck) and hoping I will respond - I can only assume that they do this to say 25 people in the hope one will reply? Obviously writing even just one generic message and copy and pasting it is too much trouble, so I simply delete them now.

People, i think mosschops is talking about getting messages without a subject so that when you get one there is nothing to click on to open the message. Its happened quite a few times for me as well, it when people delete the re: thats in the message subject and then nothing is left there.

Oh yeah thats right, I've had that happen a few times too, and I write back and say I cant open this please type summat in the subject line...it's a weird way for these messages to work. although it does automatically have Re: in the subject line when you click 'write a pm'.

I didn't know you could!

It also seems weird to me that apparently blokes pms are set up as default to only receive from other blokes, but I cant see that I get a choice and get pms from both men and women.
Odd that.
