Is anyone else having problems with the time on here?
It was initially just an hour ahead of the time, wasn't too surprised just a GMT issue. However it's moved a bit further ahead now to about an hour and eight minutes.

From running forums elsewhere I know that generally the time is based on the server 'clock', so if the server 'clock' is incorrect, any time zone settings in the forum admin will also be incorrect.

Ah right, so I'm not alone in seeing the wrong time and there's nothing I can do about it?

No, nothing can be done at user-end. phpBB does allow users to set their own time zone, but I don’t think we have that option with this version of the forum - we used to on the old version of the forum I think. But the time on the forum seems to be a few minutes out regardless of time zone, and the only person who could reset the server time is the server administrator (whoever that is, probably technical support at the hosting company). I only speak in general terms, since I have nothing to do with the running of this forum, just basing my statements on what I *do* know of these things.

Thanks, thought there wasn't a way on here. Have been able to on other forums so know what you mean although not sure it was on old version here.

Ooops it's still an hour and 8 minutes, the automatic time on my pc went a bit screwy and told me it was an hour earlier than it is.
Which explains why a mate went to bed at what seemed a ludicrously early time. And why I felt more tired than I thought I should.
