i just want to join site, something bout cokies or such please explain...

You have to allow cookies in your web browser(IE,firefox etc)
cookies are small bits of info that your web browser uses to remember your details when you log in.
Go to tools(top of screen)click with mouse
scroll down to Internet options....then security tab(2nd along)and change securuty to medium but not off all together...hopes this helps..if still stuck give me a shout......
