I had an initial problem with an invalid email address, and managed to fix that (I'd added an l by mistake), but now I can't get a confirmation code - I get the email, but the section that say's 'Confirmation code:' is blank. I did email support, but frankly, they seem to be on holiday or something, as I didn't even get an automated reply to my request for help...

Erm, suggestions please?

I cannot get a valid confirmation emailed to me!
I have contacted support flirtbox! but they are no help! because they don't reply back! i have followed all the instructions given to me when you don't get a confirmation code or a invalid one! and nothing happens! even my son followed your instructions down to the t! and he couldn't make sence off it ever! end the end he told me to call you but again it said's the the numer is on the contact page (WHERE)it's a joke to be honest with you! i have email in my inbox but can't reply people must beginning to think i'm rude not answering! i have been on other dating sites and never had so much problem as this one just to install your email address!. am not happy at all ?????????????
