I know the name of the person i want to check out but they dont post how do i get to their profile all i know is their nickname?

You take a link to another profile, say:

http://www.flirtbox.co.uk/dating/markxx.html

and you replace the name with the name you got (writin it in this case after the / replacing markxx.

One way you can do it if you know their username is to put the name at the end of this;

http://www.flirtbox.co.uk/[their name]
