Claudia has asked me to post this. She cant log in for some reason keeps rejecting her username and password ???? she has had no emails asking her for a new password ???? any ideas please .......... x

its worth deleting her cookies in case she's got a corrupt one on her system. Probably not the problem but worth trying all the same.

Someone mentioned in another thread that IE was causing log in problems ..so maybe using Firefox might help..worth a shot..

If you are using IE6, please upgrade to IE7.

Also check your security level on IE (Settings, Security).

If it is too high cookies are generally blocked for all sites.
