The YouTube BBCode has been there for ages.
I noticed the error too though. It is something that can be fixed easily enough (the assigned BBCode is currently associated with the wrong function), so I'll mention it to Toby.
In the meantime, if anyone else is having problems with this, it is easy enough to write the BBCode manually in your post.
The BBCode tags around a YouTube URL should look like this:

| [youtube]link here[/youtube] |
and the BBCode for centre/center is
| Art: |
| [center]text here[/center] |
