everytime I try to write something new, when I click on "save", nothing happens. the site refres and it's the same as before. What to do?

I also had this problem but I worked out what was causing it. Unfortunately on English QWERTY keyboards you have to refrain from using any apostrophes (') in the boxes otherwise nothing will be saved. So you'll have to swap I'm for I am for instance and everything should be ok.
