Am I correct that if there is nothing in Re:/subject line of new messages, it is not possible to open this message? Is there any way to open such messages???

I never have had a problem, I get a lot without anything in it but can still open them ok.

Thanks for info but still not able to access message. Maybe because it's from Russian FB!!
Generally I find FB site easy to use despite "freezing" sometimes. I have some good chats on site.

ive never had that problem either, i am afraid unless the other members here have, you will have to wait for Toby to come along and perhaps he can advise you, being the site owner.

If there is nothing at all in the RE subject box then you will not be able to open it. However, if you have chosen to receive alerts by email then you will receive the full message in your email inbox I am led to believe. The fact its a russian one also might suggest a spam message too.

Thks all. Message was not spam but I don't have email alerts. Problem solved messager has been resent with Re: content!
