Generally I find FB site easy to use despite "freezing" sometimes. I have some good chats on site.

If there is nothing at all in the RE subject box then you will not be able to open it. However, if you have chosen to receive alerts by email then you will receive the full message in your email inbox I am led to believe. The fact its a russian one also might suggest a spam message too.
