Pirakk, its your money, and your offer is too generous. Id keep hold of it for now, rather than offer it to relative strangers who might not pay you back. Im sure if people are struggling then there are enough people going to loan out the odd £5 rather than one person loaning £300.

Stonecastle - what can I say, I didnt realise either, though being homeless might give us a clue why you are single at the moment! Perhaps thats a bigger issue (if you excuse the pun), than a girlfriend at the moment?

I have always been single though. The very few chances I did have of getting someone to go out with over the years I unfortunatly blew. Plus a lot of homeless people are not single.

If you want a quality hotel then Travelodge are far cheaper than the 80 pound a night Paddington hotel. See their website here, they have hotels in Kings Cross and Covent Garden in central London. The Covent Garden one being the most central. See the link for full details:

I dont need the information, I wash in my sink every morning and my bath every night.

Why do you choose to live this way?

I don't choose to. But accomadation is in very short supply and accomadation costs astronomical in London. I also haven't been able to find a new squat since the one I was in a few years ago closed down.

Are you really as small as your photo so that you can fit in the sink?

Oh, being homeless isnt always a choice, but Im sure there are ways to get back on your feet easily enough - friends will let you use an address for receiving mail, and perhaps to keep a good set of clothes for interviews, a couple of weeks working cash in hand labouring, or work over the summer at a farm (see where all the imigrants go to work) for free board and cash in hand, save and enough to get a room, then your on your way again.

Anyway, just booked a hotel in London for work, £80 with a continental breakfast, very poor show offering sandwiches for breakfast. Nowhere in our capital offers a full english breakfast, its all french rubbish. If the tourists wanted to eat french food they should go to france.

Complete bollocks sunshine.

I was homeless when I come out of jail, i was put in a bed n breakfast for 2 nights, then a hostel for 3 months, then I got this flat. I was paid enough benefits for me to live on and to search for work. There is always work around, even if its turnip cleaning, its gets you off the street. You have no excuse pal. London is a mess now because of you lazy lot.

Well, if you can use the net for chatting, maybe you should be using it to find work? Plenty of job sites about.

I am concentrating on finding a woman first, though I wouldn't mind a part time job in the meantime. I sell the Big Issue part time at the moment.

Because there are more women in London and more places to find women. I spend years in Stoke where I am from trying to get one but to no avail. That was the reason I came here in the first place to find a woman. For example when you join these dating sites the fact that London is the largest city in the UK means that there will be more women to contact on them if you live in London.

but dude you dont have a home to bring a lady home to! your priorities seem the wrong way around. save some money, get a flat, then look for a proper job and a woman, im telling you, the only kind of woman your going to attract in your present situation is a homeless woman, and their aint to many of them about is there? once you stop sleeping on the streets or heath, things will get alot brighter for you, you have to see that mate!
