I agree..mainly because all the bets people have left the board and gone else where. Probably why the board isn't as good.
Back of your mind danni you know that most of what I said is true.

Not at all jeg's the people that have left were people that were over emotional and started arguments willy nilly. i would go as far to say that the boards have been running smoothly since they left.
As for most of what you say being true, i dont believe most of it is.
I think that you are very opinionated which can be a good trait but in your case sometimes i get the impression that you are maybe hiding an inner insecurity that makes you the way you come across on her. dont get me wrong sometimes you can be a top guy. but when something happens that you dont like you get very tetchy make sarcastic coments then play the victim when people bite.

My point is, before Christmas the board was booming from 5ish till about 2 in the morning..every forum on the board was busy. Not sure it is now, but then were you a regular then ??
The reason the board might run more smoothly is because there isn't as many users or posts from what I can see.
But I can differentiate between real life and Internet message boards, and I wouldn't take any problems on a board off it to real life. That is why some of the things that were said to that stonecastle geezer were unfortunate.
BTW I wasn't tetchy before Christmas.

The statistics say the forum has always stayed the same as far as the visitors is concerned...and it is slightly growing. The thing is people come and go.....even the regulars sooner or later stay away for a while and often come back later on. You also have some sort of fluctuations as you have groups that build up and sometimes when some people go, others go too....the same as sometimes some people get other people to join in - so if you draw a diagram it would probably look like a rough sine-wave shifted to the top by some constant.....but the integral of the function stays about the same within a certain time frame.
Mathematically the number of active visitors on a discussion board is probably something like v(t) = a*sin(b(t)*t+c)+d*t+e - you have a constant average e that is gradually growing, the d*t factor . On top you have fluctuations that are more or less periodically where the period itself is also a function b(t).
Since there is an online chat between 9pm and 2am, some people do less postings now and more chatting...

I was a regular then Jeg so i can say yes it is just about as busy...yes every board has its quiet spells (and that is on all boards i post on). I would say only in the last couple of weeks has it been quite quiet. Yes you may get some boards that may seem busier but its the same half dozen people that like to talk a lot
. We do seem to have more new posters coming on posting for varying amounts of time and then they leave to live real lifes or maybe actualy dont need FB anymore because they have found the love of their lives 
. Might help too if you come and welcome them also like we do.
Ive just read back over that thread in anything else and to be honest Jeg I think you made a mountain out of a molehill with it. As can been seen clearly from both mine and Hugz post, we were both trying to inject a bit of humour into it as we do all do with a lot of different threads. You took it far too seriously hun. And i know from reading your posts elsewhere that you do like to have a laugh
It was explained at the very top of page 2 by Pol what it was about so why was there still a fuss getting made about it 2 pages later???
And as for Stoney, I aint even gonna go into that one because quite honestly the bloke creeped me out and i would have been scared to be anywhere near him for my own safety. You being a bloke might read things completely different than us women do but that bloke was scary
