I guess this isn't specifically for meeting up, more to let you know that something good is going on, maybe it would work as a meet up though?

Anyway, search Google for The Godiva Festival in Coventry. It's on the 4-6 of July. I went last year and what a great show, Super Furry Animals were headlining and this year it is being headlined by The Enemy. A very decent piece of weekend entertainment and... Completely Free!!

i might make an effort to go to this, the last even remotely similar thing i went to was party in the park about 5 years ago Laughing

It's a worthwhile time. Lots to do there and lots of different music styles. I think it was probably one of my best days out last year. Definitely a recommend.
