I think Sat15th would be the best, its the middle of the month so people are generally richer (well i am, my DD come out at end of month) and im already down there lol, got a meet with the boys on the 16th at the ace cafe, and then off to the NEC for 2 for top gear. So ties in good with me.

if its a daytime thing then ppl may be able to get home by the evening so there won't really be a need for hotels and i'm sure if we decide soon i can keep that day free
