It would probably be a good idea if someone started a thread with a set date and go from there .........

Working backwards the 7th, 8th and 9th of December should be the cheapest in terms of booking a room at the Euston Premier Inn. Those days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday respectively.

For a weekday Friday probably makes more sense as peole can then travel back to their home location over the Saturday.

For the weekend Saturday looks more promising, for the same reason *but* Saturday night could get a little crazy in certain parts of London.

Oops ... I meant 7th, 8th & 9th of November.

I'm assuming people want a close date for a meet rather than a more distant one when our Christmas cash will have be seriously splashed.

Hey, if Critical Mass can organise London events without leaders then so can we ...

that may be abit soon for the people who want to come and are going to the Coventry meet

i still think after Christmas will be best because the money for Christmas will have already been spent so people don't have to worry about saving it up

In that case suggest some dates and we'll see if we can reach a reasonable concensus around any of them.

Having arrange a couple of meets ........ your never going to be able to please everyone with the date, time & location etc. Hence why someone, if brave enough needs to to do all of the above.
