right well to save any hassle of can people go or not, what i am gonna do is ask all of you who are 100% sure you want to go, to pm me with a few dates that they are available. then i will see which occurs the most frequently and set a date.

Yeah will do when i know what dates will let everyone know by friday latest. so if the people wishing to go dont give me their dates by friday afternoon they will have to make do with the majority
