Vampire movies have to be among my favorites. I first fell in love with the genre watching Lost Boys. It will forever be my favorite, even though they tried to make a sequel and had it fail a bit epically. I still watched the sequel twice though.

From Dusk til Dawn has to be number 2 on my list strictly because of Tarantino and Rodriguez. I love Tarantino and want to have his creepy little babies.

Interview with the Vampire is probably number three. Queen of the Damned was absolutely terrible as an adaptation of the book, but the music was amazing. One of the reasons that Aaliyah, the actress cast as the Queen of all who are Damned, wasn't in the movie much is because she died in a plane crash during the production. Her brother actually did her voice-overs in some parts.

So I just realized that I was kind of on a rant here and I'll stop by saying Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn should NOT be classified as vampire movies. (yes I know the last two aren't even made yet, but unfortunately I know they are coming.)

good cast and a decent concept and twist should at least render it watchable

My Mom and Dad love Vampire Diaries. I used to watch Buffy faithfully when it was on. Never really got into Angel though. I hated that they took him off of Buffy.

thought angel got a lot of undue stick - they were both great shows and buffy film is a cult classic

Yes i remember fright night and the sequel with his sister! I loved the first film!

the buffy film usually gets alot of stick for not being that good but i liked it and at the time had a huge crush on luke perry probs cos of Beverly hills! Angel was quality but ill admit i did cry when he left buffy, they were so meant to be together!

Aww Yeah I cried too when he left. I'll admit it. Season 2 is one of my favorites of Buffy.

I remember Fright Night too! So funny. But that one definitely came out before I was born. Still like it though!!
