Its got to be Fringe I'm watching season 2 at the moment blows me away every week.

Agreed, fringe is fucking ace despite what others think of the opening zombie scene in the first episode and then will never give it a chance! I mean Joshua Jackson is wicked in it(not to mention FITT!) and i just love Walter and his child like ways! Its been on a break for like a month and a half in America and it annoys me so much! Also i love Bones, i dont know if it comes under the whole sci-fi thing or not... it probably dont cos its more to do with solving murders as apposed to an abnormal out of this world murder! But i love the humour in the show, the characters, the chemistry between bones and booth.... i love it all (hmmm david boreanaz!) ive been watching is for 2 and a half weeks... im on season 4! I NEED A JOB!!! but anyone that hasnt seen it yet give it a go, its up there with my fav shows now!

Around here somewhere I had a prediction of doom for Fringe, thinking it may be cancelled, because most good Sci-Fi shows are, however I heard recently that at the beginning of March Fringe was picked up for a third series. That news was excellent.

Stargate - SG1 is probably my favourite sci-fi on TV. I just think they have great plot lines and plenty of drama and action. Atlantis was good too, but nothing compared to the original. The Wraith were an awesome adversary though. I haven’t seen Stargate: Universe, is it any good? UT

I also love my Dr. Who. I really need to watch the new series with the new Doctor. See how he does compared to the great David Tennant. Don’t blink!

And then I also have enjoyed Star Trek: The Next Generation, but I’m not as much of a Trekkie.

What about series like "The Day of The Triffids" or even some short plays based on John Wyndham's stories like "Random Chance"?
