haven't seen any clips, just a load of stills. Looks like they're trying to give it a bit of a Gladiator vibe, but Russel Crowe has become a bit of a brain over the last 10 yrs. He'll probably be a better Robin Hood than Kevin Costner (at least he hasn't got blonde highlights & a mullett)but nowhere near as charasmatic as the fox from the Disney version.

A friend of mine worked on the film and reckons it looks very good. He did say that Crowe was a bit of a brain. Insisted that people only refer to him as Mr Crowe or sir.

The trailer has been out for a while.

Looks like the usual Ridley Scott goodness.

i no this message is late but the film is ace highly recommended as it tells a previously untold story mixes it up and is very different like not to compete with the other films

I heard the French canoe across the channel and when reaching Blightly somersault out thier craft to comence instant battle; whilst other Norman warriors arvive in ww2 style beachhead landing craft. It sounds a hoot! Laughing

PS: I did watch Kingdom Heaven the other day and despite Orlando Bloom being in it, as a supposed leader of men:? , I really enjoyed it.

PPS: I loved Master and Commander as well - great to watch with some Fisherman's Freinds and a Lamb's Naval Rum minature

Very good movie you will not regret if you watch it. In addition here is the Russell Crowe very good actor. We could say that this is the best version of Robin Hood
